John and Jets Bounce were amazing from start to finish for our end of year party at North Brandywine Middle School in Coatesville, PA. John was quick to answer all phone calls and emails. He made the process so easy. The rentals we got were very high quality- obstacle course, moon bounce, double basketball hoop, double ax throwing, and a baseball pitching game. All of these were a big hit- especially the obstacle course! Thanks so much John & Jets Bounce for a great day!!!

We rented a bounce house and tables/chairs from Jets for my daughter's 8th birthday. John was so personable, responsive and kind! Our kids and guests played on the bounce house for hours!!! It was a huge hit. It even had an adorable Halloween banner that went with our theme. I will definitely be renting from Jets for future events!

Excellent customer service with great prices. We rented the Castle for my 4 grandchildren and they were in there for more than 5 hours. John was fantastic to work with, he was very accommodating from the time of the drop off to the pick-up time. Our first attempt needed to be canceled due to rain. John could not have been more pleasant to accept our cancelation and rebook for a future date. He did follow up calls to make sure everything was running well on that day. John was very professional with the set up and the take down. He has a pleasant demeanor and talk to you as a valued customer. We would definitely be renting from Jets Bounce again. My grandchildren had a blast!!!
